My mini is a Sprite with an SPI engine currently running on twin carbs. It is currently running an exterior oil cooler on the front bumper which you cannot see from the photo which is the bane of Eve’s (my partner’s) life.
The picture is of it getting ready to go to the IMM2008 in Holland. Driven by Brother Halls (my brother) as he was known in Holland as that was the name on his ticket, well done Jo or the Dutch Mini club as we had fun with that.My first trip to Europe and IMM but I was driving another car, my partners Mini Cooper Sport. In Holland my car first leaked oil from the end of the oil cooler pipe and then on the motor way still in Holland loosened its near side brake nut on the front sub frame and leaked brake fluid out. Not to good for stopping but Brother Halls fixed it, bled the brake and off we went.
